Back in stock notification form

Let customers give you their email address and phone number to inform them when their favourite items are back in stock with a form that collects product and variant information and gets sent to your inbox.

Our team will add a form to your product pages which appears when an out of stock item or an out of stock variant is selected. Capturing the customer's email and info on the out of stock product we can then do one of the following options…1) Send an email to you the merchant right when they fill out the form or
2) Add the person as a customer with tags notify and product title + sku so you can search easily and then remove the notify tag

What we will need:

1. Admin access to your store
2. Access to the themes section of the store
3. Access to the products section of the store
